JESSE REASSESSMENT - PART 3 | PART 2 PART 1 | TABLE OF CONTENTS

Drug & Alcohol Questions

How old were you when you first got drunk? What was the experience like? Did anything good come out of it? Did anything bad come out of it?
I wasn't a big drinker in college. I had my first beer when I was 16 behind a McDonald's with Sam. We were spending a weekend in Seattle with some older friends, eating shit, smoking weed, and our friends had beer so we drank. It wasn't a big deal. Beer tastes like piss to me without lime in it so the experience wasn't here or there. I like hard liquor. The first time I got drunk on hard liquor I was 19 and my college roommates brought some Wild Turkey to some 'around the world' themed party. I got really hammered. Woke up in the library under a desk with no pants on.

Do you drink on any kind of regular basis?
I go to a lot of corporate events and somehow I always end up with a drink in my hand. The answer to the question is yes.

What kind of alcohol do you prefer?
Whiskey on the rocks.

Have you ever tried any other kind of "mood altering" substance? Which one(s)? What did you think of each?
I'm a recovering heroin addict. I've tried everything from weed - which I still smoke regularly - to coke, pills, shrooms. I'm about a year and change clean right now which is the longest I've made it in the 15 years I've been an addict. I don't like coke. Heroin is incredible which is why I became an addict. Pills don't do much for me. Shrooms are fun if you're hiking in Sedona and want a trippy experience.

What do you think of drugs and alcohol? Are there any people should not do? Why or why not?
I have an addictive personality so my answer is the more drugs and alcohol the better. I've been to rehab three times because I feel this way. There are some people (like me) that shouldn't have ever touched them once because addictive and OCD personalities do not mix with heroin and liquor.

Morality Questions

What one act in your past are you most ashamed of? What one act in your past are you most proud of?
I once called Emma a stupid bitch when I was high and I will never forgive myself for that. It was the breaking point for me. I'd fucked up rehab twice before and that just really broke me, it was rock bottom. I'd never said anything like that to her before and she was just trying to help.

I have a big ego. I'm most proud of the fact I actually fucking made it - whatever the hell that means in reality - in LA. My show connects with people and people can relate to it. I made something worthwhile.

Have you ever been in an argument before? Over what, with who, and who won?
I argue with everyone. This is a very broad question. I've been termed "asshole" and not affectionately. I'm told my behavior on the internet is inappropriate and that I "have no chill" and "need to log off. Forever." by several people I employ and by people who I don't pay to kiss my ass. I'm just as awful in person though so there's no reason to log off. I'm a special kind of super asshole in my writer's room. I'm told people are scared to apply for a job because they think they're going to land on my production. But I've also been told (by people I haven't paid, fuck you) that I'm a really good boss. My door is always open, you just may not get the answer you want to hear from me.

Have you ever been in a physical fight before? Over what, with who, and who won?
Due to ongoing litigation I cannot speak on the matter.
